Dario is professional, knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. From the moment we reached out to him, he was responsive, gave us great ideas, let us know what he would be doing and when. He provided us with a quote for the work and the quote was accurate. There were no surprises or add ons after the fact. From start to finish the experience was fantastic! We were never concerned. He welcomed our questions, gave his view points on whether what we wanted would work for our home which were very welcome as he is the professional and we are not. All around he was great to work with, as were his crew. We would in a heartbeat recommend Dario and his crew to do work. We love the house now! It looks much more modern. I used Shady Windows to do custom blinds for our entire house a couple of years ago and had been meaning to write a review then about the excellent service. Esper was very knowledgeable and of great help. The price was very competitive. The installation was on time and the shades look great. I had one issue this year with a blind and called Esper. From the beginning, the experience with Verdun was nothing short of great. The salesperson was patient, answered all our questions and wasn't pushy. What he quoted is what was completed on time and on budget. Although we had one small after-installation issue, Verdun was quick to respond and rectify the situation. We had to continually chase them, initially to get quote, as the estimator originally cancelled our appointment and never re-booked it, to have them begin the job, as they were a month late in starting, and to have them finish. I actually had to call them to come and finish. The office thought they were done until I told them they weren't, and they had to send someone to finish our job. They were only prompt and efficient at collecting their money.

Because they've fixed problems for us before, we called the Door Doctor for this problem, as well. They showed up when they were supposed to, did a quick and clean job, provided some tips to help us, and were pleasant through the whole process. Kurtis and his partner (name unknown) did a great job!
