Had an issue with mice in the home. Our technician, Alex, was great. He came and explained what he was going to do, gave us information about the process itself. He was thorough, clean, courteous and kept us informed every step of the way. We received a written recommendation within ten minutes of him leaving that outlined some next steps we could take to prevent the problem from happening again. I would highly recommend both the company and this technician!

I called Dunn-Right and Dylan was here the next afternoon to replace a leaky shutoff valve. I couldn't be happier with how well and quickly it was Dunn. We'll be happy to use them again. (Also Dylan courteously listened to my amateur theories of how plumbing works and then went ahead and did the job properly anyway.)

Our gas fireplace wouldn't turn on; I was at first worried that it was just me being a dummy and not understanding the pilot light, but Scott observed that the on/off switch actually needed replacing, and he patiently and professionally tutored me on all aspects of the pilot light too after thoroughly cleaning and checking the rest of the system, and humoured me by listening to my (incorrect) theories of how it all worked too. Thank you Scott.

When servicing a gas fireplace, our technicians will test the various electrical components including the ON/OFF circuit. With the testing the technicians complete during a service call, they can determine which part failed and explain to the customer how and why it failed. As we carry over 300+ of the most common parts on the vehicle, we had the ON/OFF switch required to complete the repair to your fireplace. Great service. Steve called me back promptly last night, and was at my door this morning. Fridge fixed in five minutes - he knew exactly what the problem was with the defrost sensor, had all the right parts with him already, and had me up and chilling again in no time. Sure beats buying a new fridge! He also did not charge any extra for listening to my own amateur theories of what the problem might be. :-) I had no idea who to call, but Homestars steered me to the right guy. Will happily call Steve again in the future.
