Great service. Steve called me back promptly last night, and was at my door this morning. Fridge fixed in five minutes - he knew exactly what the problem was with the defrost sensor, had all the right parts with him already, and had me up and chilling again in no time. Sure beats buying a new fridge!
He also did not charge any extra for listening to my own amateur theories of what the problem might be. :-)
I had no idea who to call, but Homestars steered me to the right guy. Will happily call Steve again in the future.
