My Well Water Pump stopped working right before the weekend. The house was completely off the water. I reached out to a list of locals shops I found in google, however, no one could do work over the weekend. Until I found Plumbing Dunn Right guys. From the very first minute they took appointment request till the job was completed to the highest level of satisfaction, I never felt left alone with the problem. They understand the level of emergency and send their forces to help people. They kept me updated on arrival, if there are any delays etc...Very customer oriented which is a rare today.
I met Zack and Shawn who arrived on after hours call. They started working right away and they knew what they were doing . The pump was replaced, the water supply restored and they tuned my pressure tank so it started to work perfectly and with less noise as before.
They were also open to my questions (I had a lot) and were not just only answering them, but I would rather say, they were sharing knowledge they have. I do appreciated so much!

I phoned Dunn Right about a plugged drain in a bathroom sink on a Wednesday. I was told there would be a dispatch fee of $100 with $50 going towards the total cost of any work done. Friday morning of the same week 2 very pleasant plumbers arrived and explained what they were going to do. Once the job was explained I was given a price that I agreed to and they proceeded. They snaked the drain twice and it now does what a drain does best! We are very happy with the workmanship and the professionalism displayed by the plumbers. I highly recommend Dunn Right.

I don't have too many "go-to" companies but this team is now my absolute go-to for any plumbing needs, big or small. My main toilet was refusing to drain and my attempts to fix were getting nowhere. I had used Dunn twice before for bigger projects so I gave them a call for help. The Dunn team arrived when promised and gave me options on how to proceed, explaining each option well, answering all my questions. They fixed the problem and then tested and retested until we were both satisfied that all was now working. They were friendly and courteous and it was overall a very positive experience in the end - I will definitely use them again!

Service was great. Old water heater was leaking and called Keith to get a quote and a time to install new gas water heater. Keith set up the installation the next morning which was fantastic. His crew of Dillon and Gosh arrived at 9:00 am and had the water heater installed in a couple of hours - outstanding service.

Guyve came to remove and replace two seized and damaged cartridges in two of our washrooms. He clearly explained what the cost would be to remove and replace the cartridges, and also that if there was damage to the valves, he fully explained the work that would be required as well as the cost. We found Guyve to be extremely professional and very personable. He represents Plumbing Dunn Right extremely well. Just looking at how neat he keeps his tools and his work can shows how much pride he takes in his work. We would highly recommend Plumbing Dunn Right and we will request Guyve for any future plumbing requirements.

Called for a leaky shower and toilet. Rob was awesome, he gave me the option of fixing the toilet or replacing it. Since I had 3 original toilets he gave me a fair price to replace all three. He explained that because hard water is hard on appliances and fixtures and would recommend a water softener, and I told him to install one. The work was completed quickly, cleaned up any mess, and took away the old toilets. The work was excellent and Rob communicated exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend Rob and his company.
