Great service on our gas fireplace, thank you Scott
Our gas fireplace wouldn't turn on; I was at first worried that it was just me being a dummy and not understanding the pilot light, but Scott observed that the on/off switch actually needed replacing, and he patiently and professionally tutored me on all aspects of the pilot light too after thoroughly cleaning and checking the rest of the system, and humoured me by listening to my (incorrect) theories of how it all worked too. Thank you Scott.

With the testing the technicians complete during a service call, they can determine which part failed and explain to the customer how and why it failed.
