Greg of Abbey Irrigation contacted me to complete the winterization of my irrigation system recently. Following competion of the job, I mistakenly forgot to shut-off the water valve and system as instructed. That said, the system came back on and negated the winterization. Oops! In any case, Greg had to come back to Burlington (with his compressor) and basically re-do the job that he did the other week. He had a great attitude about it and wouldn't accept a second payment for what was basically my mistake. Clearly, Greg has the bigger picture in mind and sees having great customer service as core to his business' success. You wouldn't see this with other, larger, outfits. Thanks very much Greg and I'll be sure to pay more attention next time :)

Since buying my home, I've purchased a HVAC service plan with Reliance Home Comfort. Certainly glad I did! The motor on my furnace, despite only 5 years old, seized-up once the weather started to get colder. I called Reliance and they had a technican out in the same day to diagnose the problem. Understandably, he did not have the exact part with him, but placed an order that night and the part arrive the following day. Reliance had a technican come back to the house to complete the repair within 24 hours. From the call centre operator to the technicians, all were extremely courteous, professional and punctual. If I didn't have the service plan the repaid would have cost me $900 !! Thanks Reliance.

Manny Bhella is extremely responsive, easy to communicate with and provides value-added advice that one wouldn't expect from a typical contractor. Manny worked with us on setting-up our home office, providing advice, service and electrical expertise on how best to wire our office equipment, including TV, in a way that hid all wiring yet simple to access as needed. Through word-of-mouth I learned of Brian and Toby of Park Mechanical. Due to contingencies with our landscape contractor, we needed to install a gas line ASAP for a natural stone firepit. Despite a ton of other work, Brian took our call, met with us a day later, and had the job done within two days after that. In under four weeks, Darren and team transformed our landscape dream into reality!
