Reliance Home Comfort

Since buying my home, I've purchased a HVAC service plan with Reliance Home Comfort. Certainly glad I did!

The motor on my furnace, despite only 5 years old, seized-up once the weather started to get colder. I called Reliance and they had a technican out in the same day to diagnose the problem. Understandably, he did not have the exact part with him, but placed an order that night and the part arrive the following day. Reliance had a technican come back to the house to complete the repair within 24 hours.

From the call centre operator to the technicians, all were extremely courteous, professional and punctual.

If I didn't have the service plan the repaid would have cost me $900 !!
