This is the second time that we have used budget blinds. We had new windows installed so some of the original blinds did not fit any more. We needed to resize some blinds and also get some new ones installed. Karen was great at the sales consultation in making sure that we could re-use as many blinds as possible. Jamie is a very patient installer and made sure that everything was to our liking before he left. There was a small issue with one of the blinds. It had a hole in it at the very top where it was hard to notice. When we did notice it we emailed Karen and she had it replaced by the manufacturer and reinstalled as soon as it came in.

Very good product and value. Julian was very easy to work with. Installation team did quality work and worked very hard to get the job done in 3 days. Will definitely use them again....

Was very happy with the design service. Designer was able to make the most out of the small space available. Installation was smooth and the final product turned out to be just what we had imagined from the design process.

Moving crew showed up on time and were professional throughout the move. Things were done in a timely fashion. Would use them again for sure...

My new home in Scarborough closed during a heat wave and getting air conditioning was a must. Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning was there early the day after closing and installed a new furnace & air conditioner. The job was very tidy, and fairly priced. Adam & his installation crew took their time to ensure the job was done thoroughly. I am very impressed with the workmanship and product. The Direct Air side discharge air conditioner was as quiet as promised. Thanks for the good job...

I was in a rush to get the work done and was able to get quotes and picture via email. Product was installed on time and was exactly as I expected. Looks great.
