When you want a job done on time, with no problems, from estimate to completion... when you want no extended delays, or when you want no hassle... duralock is the way to go. The estimate process was easy and Tony will meet anytime even on sundays of a long weekend!. THEN, the owner is onsite for the job... that ensures QUALITY CONTROL that you can't get if the job is contracted out... This is above all the best way to do things... We had full confidence in the crew and in the job being done. And the time line... spot on. Most reno's will run over time over budget and with headaches... not so with Duralock... everything is was done basically on time and above expectations... I have no doubt they will be availible should any problems arise in the future... and i don't expect that anytime soon. We are only awaiting a small fix in one area of the job (riverrock) and will be completely complete. And i have full confidence that will be taken care of in a matter of days... otherwise TONY and TONY were a pleasure to deal with and i have recommended them to all the neighbors who come by to see their amazying work... ON TIME, ON BUDGET, NO surprises... When doing renovations and housework, those are the 3 things i always have problems with, but not with this company. They came, they measured, they gave me a quote inclusive of everything, they built they cleaned, they did everything to a very high level and what else can you say.... ON TIME, ON BUDGET, NO SURPRISES... i would definitely use them again... in fact i paid more to have pax and besta units installed upstairs and they did a shoddy job, went way over budget, and over time.... with IKS i would definitely use them again with no hesitation and would again in the future if i ever wanted someone to build ikea stuff for me again. NOT A CHANCE would i use anyone else!

Not often is a renovation this easy and this straight forward. Never is a renovation on time and on budget... except with finishedbasement.ca From beginning to end, everything was straight forward, no hidden agendas, no add on costs, no cutting corners. Everything had a price that was stated upfront and clear. So there were never any surprises... EXCEPT for how efficient and professional they were. No jokes, they were in and out in their estimated time frame and worked tirelessly and i would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are more expensive than other quotes i got.. but for what you pay for it's worth it and more... just to know that your home is returned to you ON TIME, ON BUDGET, NO SURPRISES... I recommend this company with no reservation and i can't think of anything they could have done more. From initial contact over a year ago they walked me through selection colours and everything. They handholded us from initial thought through to completion and had so much good advice not only on flooring but for everything around the home. The floors are amazing but unfortunately i don't have pictures yet. However, they prep'd the floors, laid wonderful hand scraped vintage hardwood and cleaned up after themselves above and beyond expectation. They worked with other trades coming into the home. And at all times i thought they looked after the home as if it was their own. They even made sure the other people coming in did their work properly. I can't thank them enough. In fact i wish they did more home renovations so that i could have my walls, ceilings, kitchen, everything done through them. Unfortunately they only do hardwood, but they do it to an extremely high level. Thanks again

A true professional! We called Tom to assist us with our Tarion 30 inspection and found him to be very personable. He addressed our questions well and provided a full report that included picture. His experience and knowledge came through pretty clearly and he even offered to review the Tarion form before I submit. Tom did a great job and I would recommend his services.
