When you want a job done on time, with no problems, from estimate to completion... when you want no extended delays, or when you want no hassle... duralock is the way to go.
The estimate process was easy and Tony will meet anytime even on sundays of a long weekend!. THEN, the owner is onsite for the job... that ensures QUALITY CONTROL that you can't get if the job is contracted out... This is above all the best way to do things... We had full confidence in the crew and in the job being done. And the time line... spot on. Most reno's will run over time over budget and with headaches... not so with Duralock... everything is was done basically on time and above expectations... I have no doubt they will be availible should any problems arise in the future... and i don't expect that anytime soon. We are only awaiting a small fix in one area of the job (riverrock) and will be completely complete. And i have full confidence that will be taken care of in a matter of days...
