I can’t begin to say how wonderful and knowledgeable Alex is. We have been using his services since 2010 and he does not disappoint! Our latest project was to demolish and rebuild a two level high breakfast counter into one lower one. He worked tirelessly demolishing the counter when we were away and rebuilding it. He also coordinated trades to install electrical, quartz countertop and tiling all within a week. Alex is so hard working and excellent at his trade. His work and craftsmanship are above and beyond. We’re so happy with the end result and look forward to having him back on our next project. Thank you Alex!

We have hired Just Clean It for several years now and their service has always been top-notch. Michelle sends out a reminder a few days before hand, and Andrew arrives and always does a fantastic job cleaning our home. We have a set monthly clean as we are two busy parents trying to manage working full-time and raising our kids. When we arrive home after a clean, it smells so fresh and is beyond spotless. At times, we've even asked Michelle to add-on cleaning jobs like (e.g. the oven, refrigerator and even steam cleaning the carpets) and although those are extra and aren't part of the standard clean, they're SO worth it. After going the Ikea route and regretting the enormous PAX solutions we installed, we finally ripped them out and hired Storage Solutions to help with the closet redesign. Since we live in a small semi-detached house with two kids, our own space for clothes was really important. Micheline provided a custom design and quote and with one minor change, we had them installed shortly thereafter. I can't express how fantastic our new closet and use of space is. We can comfortably fit so many more items and smartly throughout the use of space. Eric was a great installer, came early and finished the job perfectly. The quality of their materials, including hardware is fantastic. Very happy with the end result!

We had our entire house painted by Alex and his team in 2013 and then most recently our bedroom, ceiling and inside our closet. I can't say enough wonderful things about how fantastic Alex is in helping us with this crazy job before the holidays. He went above and beyond a regular paint job, he fixed so many things and coordinated his electrician to come by and rewire and replace outlets that were badly positioned. He repaired the room after we tore out some badly installed Ikea cabinets, fixed the ceiling, replaced the baseboards with perfectly matched ones for our 1930s home. He even ran to Home Depot numerous times to pick up cable/HDMI outlets, matching screws for door handles, installed closet magnets, the rewiring magic of cable outlets and wall mounted perfectly our 32" TV and hid all the cables better than those "Geek Squad" pros! Alex worked incredibly hard to present us a beyond perfect job in painting our home. I highly recommend his company for any of your painting needs. Alex is so knowledgeable and even helped tune my 6 year old's guitar when he was home sick last week. Our home is beautiful now, thanks to Alex and his team. Thank you so much!

Darren and his crew did a phenomenal job on our semi-detached home last week. What we thought was going to be a fairly simple roofing project, turned into a HUGE undertaking for our home and our neighbours. Dealing with years of neglect from previous owners I'm so glad we hired Canadian Roofing to do the job and the manpower it took to remove 8 tonnes (yes that's EIGHT) tonnes of layers of tar, gravel and rotted wood from our flat roofs. When Darren gave us a quote, it was more than just numbers. He walked us through typically what his crew finds in homes in our area and particularly our flat roof with what he observed from his initial assessment. We live in a semi-detached home built sometime in the 1930s and although well maintained and good bones throughout, the flat roof was in rough condition. There were four layers on top and the original rafters were in bad shape because there wasn't any proper circulation occurring over the past eighty years. We had a long list of to-dos, including re-shingling, rebuilding the chimney, moving exhaust vents, insulation, soffit and fascia and the addition of a skylight along with rebuilding the flat roof for both of our sides. It was a big project, that they successfully managed from start to finish. The crews worked so hard, kept us up-to-date at all times and even though had to stop a few times because of heavy rain recently, there weren't any problems during this project. The cleanup was immaculate and they were so respectful of our neighbours. We're so happy with the work that Darren and his crew did, including connecting us to other trades that would be able to finish the interior skylight finishing and electrical work. We found Cale through our Roofer (Canadian Roofing) to finish the skylight installation we recently had completed as part of a larger roofing job. Cale provided exceptional timely and reasonable quote for interior finishing work (drywall, plastering, sanding, painting) to make the sklylight really pop. We also needed some electrical work re-routed as part of the install, and Cale coordinated everything with our crazy schedules. We're thrilled with how it looks now in our home. Thanks so much!

Having a reliable, trust worthy and amazing cleaning company to come regularly has been such a lifesaver for our little family of three. Although we are neat and tidy, we just don't have the time to do a good thorough cleaning. We are so fortunate and thankful for Michelle and her amazing staff. Wonderful from the start of our initial phone call, to the on site estimator who came the next day and a quote a few days later. From start to finish, we are very happy even though we had a very small project for them at this time. Our son loved watching the workers install the new eavestrough. Oh my goodness, where do I start? I was so impressed at the level of professionalism when I first made the inquiry to Just Clean It. We were a little late calling to schedule an appointment, but Michelle was so kind in fitting us in. Andrew came to clean our house on Sunday and arrived so promptly and worked incredibly hard. I am amazed at the quality and how clean our home was. I didn't recognize my sinks, faucets or even our floors! And I thought I cleaned pretty well! Wow. Andrew, I can't thank you enough for your hard work. We will certainly have you or one of your staff back. Thank you again!!

We had our custom built-in-cabinets ready to be painted and had a very tight time frame. Alex came out the next evening to have a look and provide a quote. After talking about painting and other fun renovations topics, we completely forgot to tell him about the precise colour. So we went to a big box store and picked one out. When we provided it over the phone he said it would be the wrong shade of white and would look "too institutional". Boy was Alex ever right and knows his paint colours! So he went and picked out a white that he though would look perfect and we took the plunge and didn't see a test strip. He had Louis come out Monday morning to start priming the cabinets. We had a bit of juggling to do with the installers for the tv, but Louis and Alex made it work! The whole project was done by Friday and it's so beautiful. I can't begin to explain how careful Louis was and painted this all by hand. It is so professional. Louis is extremely hard working too. He even cleaned up carefully after each day. Most importantly, the paint colour was bang on. We can't be more happier. Thank you again Louis and Alex! We will certainly have you in once we have more painting jobs to do. The cabinets were beautifully made by Blair Bailey, who we also found on Homestars. Blair is exceptional to work with. I've left before and after photos. Including ones with our birthday decorations for our 1 year old son's party.

Since our 12 month old son Benjamin has become very mobile now, we needed a built in cabinet created for our 45" tv that would also suffice for storage including some toys. In 2008, we found a great photo in House and Home of a built-in cabinet and showed it to Blair. He was able to match it amazingly into our decore. I can't begin to describe how beautiful it is. Blair's craftmanship is impeccable. He is reliable and hard working! He custom matched everything to fit the existing decore of our Upper Beach semi (including baseboards and trim). This cabinet is so beautiful, I can't stop looking at it. And it's really safe now for our son. Thank you so much Blair for this amazing cabinet. We had our neighbours and friends over recently for our son's first birthday party and they all gave glowing reviews. We also had this painted by Louis and Alex of Creative Painting. Excellent quality of work, timing and reliability. We highly recommend Flavio and Matt. Our toilet was making weird draining sounds, and we tried to fix it before calling a plumbing. No luck. Flavio and Matt came over to help us try and fix it, but it would be cheaper to replace the toilet. So with the toilet sales at Home Depot and City of Toronto rebates, we decided to replace the toilet. Matt came back promptly at 8:30 a.m. the next day and replaced our toilet. Excellent install job, and a nice guy. Flavio, you have a great assistant with you - don't let him go! Came in right on time and budget of what we were quoted, which was very reasonable. I'm glad we found your company. Will definitely call you for future plumbing jobs. Have a great summer guys!

Not knowing who to hire to replace our "green goblin" furnance from the 1970s, we selected three heating contractors recommended from Homestars. Chris Ireland at Airworks was one of the best, and gave us excellent information on replacing our old and gas guzzling furnance. We installed a new Amana furnace, a humidifier and a new hot water tank. His team is excellent in not only installing, but also cleaning up afterwards! The work they did is immaculate. Although they had to return to put our new hot water tank a week later, they completed all the jobs hired to do and worked around our schedule. They also provided us with all the information needed for those rebates. We're looking forward to significantly lower gas and hydro bills. Thanks to Chris and his team of installers. Very professional, and they stay until the job is done properly! I will highly recommend them! Great communication from start to finsih. Thank you so much!
