Ruslan and Sergey did an awesome job on my complete redo of the gutter system on my bungalow. They removed everything and repaired what needed to be fixed (rotten wood). They did a beautiful job and were reasonably priced. They also finished the underside of a veranda very nicely. Reasonably priced. 2 thumbs up

Had the front of my bungalow finished by Harun. Super glad to have him finish the stucco on my house. Great attention to detail. Always positive and friendly. Had great recommendations and guidance on the design. He also did some other work including finishing a couple columns and parging. Reasonable on price too.

Had lemon tree come for a quote. Comparing with a number of companies, they had a significantly better quote. Ultimately didn't decide to use them because we had a change of plans but they would have been my choice otherwise. Will reach out again for future projects .

Thanks again Aiman for the duct cleaning! He was on time, careful around the house, and most importantly thorough with the duct cleaning. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave much for us to clean. Just some dust around the vents which is expected.

Had my main floor bungalow ceiling and walls taped and plastered by Tenxing. Efficient and excellent service! He is punctual and an expert in his craft. Great attention to detail and reasonably priced. I know who to call when I need my next project to be done.

Thank you Mo for the HVAC work. Did a main floor bungalow HVAC. Moved heat supplies and the return vents to different locations. Also install duct work for the hood range, dryer, and bathroom exhausts. Mo was very knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Thank you to Vitaly and your team! Worked very fast and efficiently to replace the private side of the water supply from 1/2" to 1". Vitaly was very knowledgeable in the upgrade process. Worked carefully around a gas line and knew the precise spot for property line for when he was not permitted to dig further. Initially this was a problem for me (I was stuck with a 1/2" supply from the city connected to my 1" private side) but going by his recommendations I contacted the city and was able to get them to upgrade their side of the water supply to 1" all the way to the water main for no cost. Saved me thousands (around $7000)! The price Vitaly gave me was also reasonable. Overall a very happy customer. 2 thumbs up!

Thank you Omega Windows & Doors! They did a fantastic job on my bungalow. These guys are straightforward and honest. Compared to the other window company's I got quotes from, these guys are reasonably priced. The quality of the windows are good and they use excellent skilled contractors to install the windows. I had some problems with the existing wood framing (bug ate away large sections of wood + water damage) and cracking and chipped concrete window sills. Ehsan and his team did an amazing job in my old 1960s old main floor bungalow. Knocked down a few walls and reframed the entire main floor. They went above and beyond and handled the demolition (tons of garbage, many layers on top of layers of finishes). The team at E.B. Design & Construction Inc. was very easy to work with. They were always on time and answered calls and texts quickly. Friendly and reasonably priced. Professional, knowledgable, and efficient. They cleaned up thoroughly and the end result was fantastic. I am happy I found this company!
