Called them and said the line to the septic tank was froze. (It has happened before). They sent out a truck Friday afternoon and did not have the right equipment for a frozen line. The guy said he would be back first thing monday morning. Monday noon he shows up and frees the line $730 later.

I was one of the technicians that attended your business on February 11th. First I would like to thank you for your patience as for this job in particular there is special equipment needed that we cannot keep in the trucks in the winter due to the fact that the equipment can freeze and damage. In situations like yours we will first come out and see if anything can be done before we have to go through the time and your expense of bringing out our more expensive equipment. I did say on Friday that I would be at your business first thing Monday morning. I apologize for not being there was I said I would as it took me longer then expected to get and test all the equipment needed for this job.
