I bought a groupon for a furnace tune up/clean and the service I got was amazing. Each time I’ve used Just In Time Furnace, they do outstanding work, the walk me through what they’ve done and they show me what may cause me issues In the future.

During my last cleaning, they noticed a potentially serious problem with the exchange fan. They provided me a competitive quote and was able to change it the same day.

For all my furnace and duct cleaning needs, I rely on Just in Time Furnace. Excellent work, professional staff, and very reasonable and competitive rates.

My furnace started acting up on Boxing Day. Atco came and had a look and said he wiggled a wire, got it working but that it would happen again. Yesterday, I called a company to come and have a look, said he wiggled some wire, got it working but with all the other things wrong with it, I was to get a quote for a new furnace. $90 for the diagnostic and he would send me his notes via email. I haven't received the notes and pictures. Repairs would be about $2500. The estimator came from the other company (an hour late) this morning and at the same time as Chas from Just In Time to measure and give me a quote of $4000 to $6500 for a new furnace. Chas said he wiggled a wire but that it was something internal and it was probably the circuit board. Nobody else even mentioned the circuit board!! Chas replaced the board and my furnace is good to go for a few more years. Just In Time has also cleaned and tuned up my furnace in the past. I can't recommend this company enough!! Chas is my hero!!! Thank you so much for saving me thousands of dollars!!!

On Dec 16, 2020 my home furnace stopped working and after a quick review it was clear this was not in my wheelhouse to address. I placed a call to Just In Time at around 14:45 and a service resource was here to support the issues at 16:00. The technician (ROB) that showed up was very polite and full of energy and asked some questions about what the issue might be. Even though ROB was close to his home and ending his day. ROB picked up his tools and traveled from deep South Calgary to Chestermere. He showed me how to diagnose the issues on my brand of furnace for future concerns. He replaced the required parts and the furnace was back up and running. Here is the cool part, ROB took the time to provide some very helpful information on maintaining the furnace, recommended the best filter brand and advise on yearly maintenance. ROB even gave me some helpful tips on our water heater and salt water set up! He was clear on the pricing of the parts and there was a confidence that we just received services from the best furnace company and very best technician was dispatched to our home. ROB was also very considerate about the use of a COVID protecting mask for our safety! We have now booked a duct blowout and look forward to future home support. THANKS ROB!! Oh and he was a lefty like me!

They did a great job cleaning my ducts this summer. Super friendly, on time, and finished quickly while still being very thorough. Very pleased and will be using them again!

Went with Just in Time because I thought they were a more established company than some of the small one man outfits I got prices from. They proved to be a huge disappointment. Very amateur and unprofessional.

I heard noises coming from the ducts downstairs in my house. I called Just in Time and they recommended a duct cleaning and inspection of the air intakes. The one intake was still screened but the one under my deck was completely open. They took pictures and showed me both intakes as well as the inside of the ducts. Here I thought there was only one intake. Well they got the critter (a mouse) out of the duct and also did a fabulous job cleaning the ducts. Really happy with the service. Aaron and Jeromy were very professional and very courteous. I highly recommend this company for their honesty and integrity. Really impressed :)

Out of courtesy to this company, we decided to call in directly and book an appointment instead of going through Groupon. We wanted the standard furnace clean with vents.

The technician arrived and my wife was the only one home at the time. He came in and started running around the home without telling my wife what he was going to do. He proceeded to order her to move our vehicle up front. Absolutely no courtesy was shown. We had some small furniture in the furnace room that he had to move and started to complain how it was a no brainer to move things out of the way for him. Totally uncessary comment and completely disrespectful. Up until this point I was still not home yet. No one treats my wife like this and I was tempted to just tell him to leave.

I got home and immediately went downstairs where I found him banging his tools around in the furnace and as expected, basically ignoring me the entire time. I had questions for him and again, one word responses and shrugged me off as if I was in his way.

Here comes the best part, he proceeds to start using his air gun around the vents and air intakes. My 6 month son is sitting 2 feet away from him when he starts spraying his gun. This gun produces incredibly high decible output where he needs to wear ear plugs. So you can imagine how irate I become when he starts spraying around my kids. This was our first furnace cleaning with this company and definitely the last.

I was very impressed by this company.
1) Very respectful and Professional.
2) Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with any questions I had(trust me I had lots lol)
3) the biggest thing that impressed me was that this company did work on my furnace that no other company has ever done(hmmm people aren't doing there jobs right) and did not cost me any extra
4) Price was very reasonable

I called Justintime to clean out my ducts and look at my furnace. They showed up promptly. I had a groupon deal but it was clear in the description that I would be paying for any extra vents above 10. I also knew my furnace had problems. After meeting the technicians I felt comfortable with the parts they replaced and the prices....I even googled the parts and pricing while I was waiting and the problems were exactly what they told me. I will use them again.

These guys were fantastic! We booked a furnace and duct cleaning within a week! They were easy to deal with and gave us an approx on how much it would cost. It ended up being less than we expected! I would recommend these guys to anyone and would use them again in a minute! Thanks!
