Service of Trail is the worst I had never to gone through. Trail will call me the date of appointment in the morning to let me know what time the service guy will come by with window time frame. Never buy appliances to Trail Appliance again.
The worst builder I had never dealt with and I had lots of problems and be careful use builder lawyer (it isn't free). Will not by or recommend family & friend to built this crappy builder.
I purchased home with Baywest and I'm happy with my house. House was insulated good to compare with period home with other builder I had built. I will built with Bay West in the future.
The plumber is knowlegable and repair my toilet excellent job. Great service with customer. Friendly and reliable. His quality of work is excellent and cleaned all messed after he done.
