Bought 4 new appliances from Trail Appliances North. Mo was extremely helpful, suggesting which products best fit our needs and we are very happy with all the appliances. Needed some help with some paperwork several weeks later and he was more than willing to help.

Extremely disappointed with the warranty. I wouldn't recommend this product. They do not stand behind the products they sell. My money would have been better spent at Costco where they stand behind everything they sell. Poor service!!

After visiting many other stores finally, I bought fridge, stove , dishwasher and chimmny . Danny and shifalli help me very well. I am highly satisfied from their customer services and trail's products.

We're having a cricis with this break down fridge midnight, went to two other store, nothing available this week.

Why would any one buy something from trail? If it needs repairs and is out of the warranty time they will not do anything for you. I believe thid is terrible service. Have purchased from trail in the past but will probably not do so again

I recently moved into a property where trail appliance installed all appliances and believe me when I say this every single appliance does have issues after they installed it, from gas range, to hood fan, to washer and dryer.. I call these support given by the builder and I got the most horrible response that lack empathy or show customer experience a priority.. I will never recommend them to anyone and I would urge people to be careful dealing with them ..

Was look for new washer and dryer and found the people at Trail appliances to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be going back for any other appliances that I need.

Our beautiful biscuit coloured 23 yr old Frigidaire we bought at Trial in the NE from the back area could not be fixed so we went to the same store, same back area and found a new beautiful Whirlpool the exact same size and same style. We met a wonderful man named Bob who eased us in to the latest in refrigeration and helped us make the perfect choice. Delivery was easy and met a great pair of hard workers that were very conscientious. Old Fridge will be missed by the matching stove.

Bob was extremely helpful and knowledge. Listened to our needs and showed us around. Absolutely no pressure. He was kind patient and funny!! Would definitely come back for our next purchase. Ask for Bob!!

I usually go to Trail for my appliances so when my fridge died last week I went over to Trail to see what there was. Connor looked after me and he was great. I got my fridge on Thursday and am very happy with it. Everyone at Trail is so friendly and helpful and the installers were great too. I won't be going anywhere else when I need more appliances.
