I have my water heater replaced with Rinnai tankless water heater and water softener installed by Precision Plumbing. My whole experience was very positive. From start, I contacted a dozen of contractor on tankless water heater. Jerrod responded to my questions quickly and provide a reasonable price range. Jerrod also patiently answered my questions via email during my research stage. I found Jerrod provide me with very honest and professional opinions. At whole time, I was not under any sales pressure. Although the prices was not the lowest, with consideration of his teams qualification (on company's website), and good reviews among different sites, I have chosen Precision. Jim and Josh arrived on time on the installation day. From what I can tell from the end result, they were very professional and everything are tidy. They performed all the work as agreed and cleaned up after. No surprises...which is good.

We bought Airthings measurement and tested our basement as high. Renata came and gave us a detailed explanation on everything about radon gas. Unlike other company who just want your business and tell you with a method that are most convenient and cost effective for them, Renata is trying to education you. Colin came on the installation day. When he learned our home (built in 2010, building code not required to have radon system) has a passive system where a pipe connect under slab to whirlybird vent in the roof, he suspect it is no for radon. Since there is a landfill near our community, he suspected it designed for methane. He went extra miles to rent a methane detector on his own cost to make sure our home is methane safe, before installing the radon system. Also, Colin welcomes the idea of having suction point closer to the center of the house. It means more work and material involved. Colin also capped the passive system for us as well. Applaud Colin's professionalism and dedication for the best result, he has no problem with the approach. If you want a true professional to make your home safe, this is the only company I would recommend. Thank you Colin, Chris and Renata. After couple days of installation, the radon reading dropped to 20s. This really gives us peace of mind living in our home.

I called Kyle because my bathroom light not working. I have already tried to fix it myself by replacing the light switch and light fixture. However, it is still not working. I called Kyle for quotation and he gave me a tips to try fix it myself over the phone. It works. I was so happy for his expert advise over the phone.

I was looking for a new air conditioner install to my home. I found Aire Serv from Lennox official website as premier authorized dealer. Did some research, the Google review was very good. Turns out it was very good purchase experience provided by Zach. He offered the best price for the Lennox unit I was looking for. He is very upfront on the pricing, nothing hidden. Some other dealers were trying to up selling me with bigger tons unit (more expensive). Zach didn't. He reassure me the one I get is the right size for my home. Everything he did was well documented on the quote, including obtain city permit (which I totally forgot about it). He also offered 10 years labour warranty which not all dealers do. Highly recommended to give Zach a call before commit to a purchase.

I found Randy from Homestar based on the good reviews. I am glad I made the right decision. Randy gave us good suggestions as of what kinds of blinds would be suitable for each window and color suggestions. It was our first time to get to know the Hunter Douglas products and Randy patiently explained the product differences and the price range. Most importantly, Randy gave us the price that is very reasonable compared to his competitors. My wife and I both are very happy with the new blinds and the enjoyment with its wireless technology.

I found Re-Imagine Builders after reading the positive review from Homestar and Google. I am glad I did use them. The job is well done, on-time as promised and with the agreed price. In particular, I like the way they lay out what you will get with the stated price, including the number of rooms, doors, pot lights etc. This was my fear when I started looking for a basement contractor, for such as relatively large amount, and you are not sure what you will get. Based on my research, they are very price competitive. Bo, the boss, is very knowledgeable and listen to your concern and willing to work within our budget. Peggy, my project manager, was very organize and patience. Since this is my first time involving real property contracts, we were very nervous what we are getting for the price we pay, as well as the quality. Peggy was great in dealing with my various changes and demand. Josh, the quality controller, was great as well. There were some minor defects in our basement, even they existed prior to the job, Josh didn't mind to fix them for us. At the end, both me and my wife are very happy to the result. Thank you guys!!! Had Personal Movers help us to move in August 2019. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and according to the initial hourly quote. To start, Ruben and Mike arrived exactly on time. They did a great job of moving heavy furniture around the tight stairs corner. I saw they padded the furniture well inside the moving truck. They are also very friendly and approachable. At the end, I would say they moved the furniture efficiently. I would recommend them to any moving needs to my friends.

We just had our carpet replaced on upper floor and stairs. Very happy with Frank's assistance and Briana's recommendation of the carpet from Simons Valley location. At least my wife is very happy...happy wife...happy life :-) Price is very competitive. I was worry about the potential damages during installation. At the end, I am happily to say there isn't any. Mo and his team did a great job of installation.
