Randall's Fine Blinds

Randall was super easy to work with on this project. He arrived on time to measure and discuss. Upon order he promptly sent the estimate. The order was delayed by the general bonkers-ness of the COVID19 pandemic (ordered in March got blinds in June) which was not under Randall's control. Randall responded to my requests for status updates and installed the blinds as soon as they came available. Totally satisfied. Blinds are as promised.

Randall was very quick to respond to my request and very prompt at arriving. He was really friendly and courteous. He was able to fix my blind. Overall Very happy with his service :)

I found Randy from Homestar based on the good reviews. I am glad I made the right decision. Randy gave us good suggestions as of what kinds of blinds would be suitable for each window and color suggestions. It was our first time to get to know the Hunter Douglas products and Randy patiently explained the product differences and the price range. Most importantly, Randy gave us the price that is very reasonable compared to his competitors. My wife and I both are very happy with the new blinds and the enjoyment with its wireless technology.

I met Randy at the Home Show. I contacted him a couple of weeks later, he responded immediately and came over the next day to measure the window. The blind arrived ~ 3 weeks later. Randy installed it and I love it!

Randy followed up very quickly to my request for Hunter Douglas blinds warranty service. He is helping me to pursue a replacement for a frayed silhouette blind. His enthusiasm and concern are quite amazing.
