The designer spent a lot of time with us, designing the layout of our cabinetry and ensuring functional components. The design work was included in the cost of the cabinets and my husband was able to do the installation himself so we saved a lot of money. The painting on one set of cabinets was defective and they replaced the defective pieces without any issue and in a very timely manner. We were very satisfied with the service and the product.

My daughter was taking a sewing class and I know nothing about sewing. The lady at Olga's came to my rescue, assisting my daughter in selecting an appropriate pattern, fabric and additional supplies. Great personal service!

Jade Stone provided great advice and installation service when we were selecting countertop material for our basement development (bathroom, bar and craft room). They directed us to material that was on sale and as a result the quartz costs of only marginally more than laminate would have cost. They accommodated our very tight time frame for having the counter tops installed prior to our deadline. The installation was professional and well done. We are very happy with the product and service.

Hearth and Home installed a fire place in our basement development in late 2010. We had problems with the fire place for nearly a year. Although it was frustrating when the fire place constantly stopped working, Hearth and Home provided excellent service and continually returned to our home every few weeks to repair and replace parts until the cause of the problem was finally found. The fire place now works great and we are very satisfied customers.

We hired Detailed Drywall to drywall our basement development in 2010. Timing was very important to us as we needed the basement completed for Christmas. We communicated our timing to the salesman and he indicated that they could meet our time lines. They were late getting started and eventually sent an individual who had not drywalled in years!! He was well intentioned but had no idea what he was doing so he worked very slowly. He also worked very short days. My husband ended up doing over 50% of the drywall and still the drywalling was more than 7 days late. Even though my husband provided over 50% of the labour they still charged us full price. I would never recommend this company.
