Hello. We are sorry to hear about your experience with your gas stove. The Regency brand is as reliable as they come and one of the only manufacturers with a 2-year warranty to back that up. Your stove has not passed the 2-year warranty yet so if the valve replacement worked please contact the store and we can process a claim and refund for you. We are also sorry we couldn't respond to your Friday call until Monday. As you stated it's still cold out and the service team is working hard to stay on top of calls. Our team will continue to offer our support on the warranty front, as we've done so far. And as discussed earlier on or earlier call, we are happy to send out a service tech at no charge if required.
