Antonio was very thorough and explained the extermination process from beginning to end. Termites had caused damage to our property so timely treatment was necessary and Antonio delivered. Was very pleased with the overall service and would highly recommend. Antonio knows his stuff and is very passionate about his work.

Appliance Aid did a thorough diagnostic and provided a quote up front based on his assessment of the issue as to why the oven took so long to heat up. Oven element needed replacement. He was quick to install the new part once received. Too all COVID precautions seriously.

I am very happy with the work done by Ropel Stone Works. Matt was attentive to all my questions and concerns throughout the project and upon completion. He made some very good recommendations about which stone to use (Indiana) which made all the difference to the final outcome. Great result that exceeded expectations. I decided to go with a different service provider this year as I was frustrated with the additional charges imposed by Dr. Green, some of which were unnecessary such as the grub insecticide. Unfortunately, I learned this from another lawn care company. Dr. Green took it upon themselves to apply fertilizer (if they in fact did apply fertilizer) this year when not requested by me and send me a bill. I did not send any approval for renewal. Obviously, an unethical act on their part.
