I'm quite impressed by this company and would recommend to my friends. They only needed a couple of days to arrange to have someone come to my house to provide a quote. Gregory was quite knowledge & the quote was competitive. It took exactly as long as they said it would to have the windows & door manufactured. And, they were able to come shortly after to install them. It took 2 guys less than 2 days to install everything and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done each day. It turns out the lock that we bought for the door didn't fit easily, but, they spent the time to get it to fit. Less than 3 weeks later, the inside pane of one of the windows cracked. One of the guys came out on a weekend a couple of days later to take a look. Turns out it was a manufacture issue (too much gas between the panes) so no charge to us. They measured, ordered the replacement glass and installed the new glass insert within 2 weeks. It literally took the guy 20 minutes to install it. I'm very happy with the windows & door. They make such a difference from the previous ones. We had a home energy audit done before & after the install & we had an increase of 15% efficiency!

I had the flat portion of my roof replaced in a semi-detached 2-story home. There was several layers of previous roofing to remove and some of the wood underneath was rotted. We suspected this so it was no surprise. Tom and his crew were great. They showed up on time and even cleaned up better than it was before! The site supervisor was great to have on hand to ask questions and make sure everything was on schedule. The gutters/evestrough crew also did a great job and all mess was cleaned up - except for a few screws left behind but not a big deal. I am VERY happy with the job Tom and his crews did. They were the cheapest of all the quotes we got - even with the overages of the rotted wood and facia replacement.

Despite the fact that it took almost 2 weeks for Joe to return my call (it is a busy time so I wasn't surprised), he and his guys did a great job. His quote wasn't the cheapest but it was the middle of the pact (I had 5 companies give quotes). I felt the most comfortable with Joe. They cut down 6 trees and pruned another one. They arrived on time and cleaned up pretty well after. I would definately recommend Joe and his guys to any of my friends!

I removed a french door on the back of my house and put in a window. I was looking for someone to re-brick afterwards and to patch up some stuff on the exterior wall. Jason was recommended to me by a couple different people. His quote was fair and he was knowledgeble. He and his crew showed up on time and were very friendly and respective of my property. He did a great job! I'm so happy with his work.

I renovated my Kitchen and was looking for someone to move a duct that heated one of the bedrooms upstairs and to install a gas line for the gas range and bbq. John's quote was very competitive and he is very knowledgable in the field. However, as he is so busy, he is a tad hard to get ahold of by phone. Also, he was extremely late showing up and ended up working until 10pm to finish that day. But when I called him back later to hook up the stove, he had someone out within a day or two to do the work.

I completely gutted my kitchen and needed to move the sink drain and water pipes for my new configuration. Keith, Mr. Rooter's technician, came out to give me a quote. The quote was on par with the other quotes I got. But, it was Keith's friendly attitude and knowledge that sold me. Keith (and Travis, another technician at Mr. Rooter) got the work done in less time than he said it would take. When I needed him to come back to finish the job, he came in the next day when it was his day off. And when there was a slight issue afterward, he came right away. I would definately reccommend both Keith and Travis from Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber.
