Max responded to my request very quickly and came the same day. The nest was in an awkward position on the outside of a third floor wall. Max quickly located accessed the area, removed the nest and sealed the area with wire mesh. We are completely satisfied with every aspect of the job.

Chris and his team did a wonderful job of installing new hardwood floors on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our house. As our main floor and stairs had over 20 year old hardwood, Chris worked hard to find a close match for colour, so the stairs blend in. The floors look fantastic! They installed quarter round, filled the holes and caulked, then left the floors covered with sturdy and leakproof cardboard covering to protect the floor for the painters. Every step of the way, they kept their word on arrival times, how long the job would take, who would come and when. Every day, they cleaned up and left everything in order. All the workers were diligent, meticulous, friendly and took obvious pride in their work. Chris communicated with us frequently and returned all calls promptly. As Chris had previously done a complete gut and renovation of our bathroom, we knew we could count on him and his team to do an excellent job with quality materials and the least disruption possible and they did not disappoint. We will definitely hire Remodel Construction to do any further renovation and recommend the company without reservation.

Our experience with this company was fantastic from start to finish. For the estimate, they were prompt, personable and listened carefully to what we wanted. They replaced the counters and sink in our kitchen (including an island) and the counter and sink in our bathroom. We were thrilled with the quality of the beautiful quartz and the flawless installation. Both the kitchen and bathroom were completed in less than a day altogether. The counters look fantastic! The price was extremely reasonable but the quality was extremely high. I would highly recommend Stonnik for any of your stone fabrication and installation needs and will definitely use them in future.

I have used Niko Moving multiple times and they have always provided excellent service. From carrying furniture down 7 flights of stairs when the elevators were out of service due to a power outage with no complaints to delivering contents of an estate to multiple recipients, Niko's has always exceeded expectations. This time they arrived early, worked steadily and were cheerful and communicative. Most of the items went to a storage unit and had to be loaded in a particular order which they did flawlessly. They had to disassemble a King size bed frame and reassemble it on our main floor and did so efficiently. They checked in frequently to make sure they were taking everything needed. They were very careful not to damage walls or the furniture, wrapping items securely and securing parts in ziploc bags taped to the items. The lead of the team packed the storage unit so skilfully that there was room to spare. Nick, John and Salam were cheerful, hard working and polite. I will definitely hire Niko's for future moving jobs and highly recommend them.

I needed my windows cleaned urgently. Parker's were able to schedule me in within 2 days. The cleaner was polite and thorough and my windows shine.

Ideal provided excellent service every step of the way, from response to my inquiry onward at an excellent price. Mohamud was on time, friendly and extremely hard working and efficient. I had thought that parts of the wall to wall carpet would have to be replaced due to stains others had been unable to remove, however, Mohamud removed the stains. We are very pleased with Ideal Interior Care, will definitely use their services again and do not hesitate to recommend them.

This is the 2nd job we've hired Chris and his team for, in this case a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Chris listened carefully and provided a design and quote that worked for us. He made no effort to upsell or try to get us to choose more expensive finishes or solutions. In fact, he suggested we could save money by using a plain tile in the shower with a row of accent tiles to add some style and colour and they look great. We went to pick the vanity, fixtures and countertop at his supplier chose the accent tile elsewhere, and for everything else, he saved us time and stress by bringing sample tiles and paint chips for us to choose from. He and his team provided excellent quality customer service and workmanship from start to finish. He quoted 3 weeks for the job; it was finished 3 days early and is stunning! We are enjoying it every day and feel really happy with the obvious, tangible quality of the work. Chris handled a couple of (really minor) issues quickly and pleasantly. All of his people were polite, friendly and careful to keep our place clean. We would highly recommend Remodel Construction and will definitely use Remodel again.

Our bathroom was leaking: we discovered this when someone was showering and water poured through the light fixture in the dining room. Chris explained what needed to be done and gave a competitive quote for price and timing. His team came on time, protected our floors, cleaned up meticulously, explained each step and completed the job on schedule, which was within a work week. Chris offered helpful tips on choosing tiles and the completed job looks great and blends in with the existing decor. We are very happy with the result and will definitely use Remodel in the future.

My front loading Whirlpool washer would light up but not start - just flash. Atiar answered my call personally and came over the same day at the time arranged. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a door latch issue and showed how it would start if you leaned against the door - totally made sense with what had been happening. He ordered the part and came by the next day to install it. I also asked him to check my Whirlpool dishwasher which has not been cleaning the top shelf. He checked and found that the water is not being pumped to the top spinner and said that since the part was $250, and the machine was 6+ years old, it was probably not worth it to repair, but he would if we wanted. We will hold off for now and have him install our new machine when we purchase it. Fast, courteous, professional service. I will call High Tech for any future appliance problems. Highly recommended
