Completely satisfied with this project from beginning to end. Gary worked with us to plan out everything. The Craft Bilt aluminum product looks great and promises to be durable with minimal maintenance. The finished product looks great and is very sturdy. Having a rock solid roof over the deck is a game changer. Gary is fantastic - very detail oriented, innovative, always on time, and the cleanup was thorough. Thanks to all who were involved!

I have a 65 year old bungalow. The walkway along the side of my house had buckled and heaved with frost over time - no big surprise. This walkway was angled toward my house, which meant rain and meltwater was always moving toward my foundation instead of away. I also had a ~2 inch trip hazard along the walkway, where one concrete slab had lifted relative to the other. I was considering getting the whole thing (over 50 feet of sidewalk) ripped out and replaced. This would have been time consuming, noisy, disruptive and expensive. Fortunately, I found out about concrete levelling as an alternative and about Clarke Basement Systems. Starting with my first phone call, everyone at this company proved to be professional and accommodating. The salesman, Paul, was very knowledgeable in describing how the process works. I never felt pressured. The technicians were great (sorry guys, I have forgotten your names!), the process didn't take long, and the cleanup was thorough. Now, the sidewalk is slightly angled away from my foundation and a very significant trip hazard is gone. Excellent company, excellent fix for a common problem.

After a city water upgrade, my tankless water heater started leaking. Belyea quickly diagnosed the problem being the result of the increased water pressure into my house, and installed an expansion tank to compensate. The problem instantly went away. Quick and painless. The technician, John, was very knowledgeable and explained the situation to me. He first tried to replace the leaky valve (which would have cost me nothing), and when that didn't address the problem, he presented me with the option of the expansion tank. I can't say enough good things about this company and their staff.

After a thorough assessment of my attic, the following work was done: -insulation top-up -sealed light fixtures -installed a proper bathroom fan exhaust -installed a magnetically sealed attic hatch -installed a ramp to my A/C air handler. The crew did a great job, and we very careful to clean up when everthing was done. Very happy with this job!

Top notch service at every level. This is the second big job that Belyea Bros has done for me, the first being an attic mount air conditioner 2 years ago. The salesman I dealt with - Bruce - is a credit to his profession. He knows his stuff, considers the context of your home, and ensures you are getting the best product for your needs. The installers were punctual, friendly and thorough, and the end result is clean and compact, especially when compared to the maze of old piping I had before. I had a couple of followup questions, and the staff at Belyea were prompt in getting back to me, and were able to quickly and confidently answer me.

Starting with the salesman, Bruce, Belyea Brothers did a fantastic job. Bruce worked with me to make the best decision for our house in terms of cost and effectiveness. The installation was a 3 man job, and it took most of the day. The crew was great, they took time to explain things to me and to answer my questions (apologies guys, I can't remember your names). Installing one of these units is a very involved process - lots of parts, packaging etc. The cleanup was fantastic - pretty much no evidence that 30 manhours of work had occurred other than a fantastic new air conditioner. I really can't find any reason to give these guys less than a 10.

I did a fair amount of research, and had a lot of confidence in choosing RoadRunners to do our move. We were not disappointed. These guys were polite, punctual, efficient and hard working. We thought we were well organized, but we perhaps fell a little short in that department, which meant that the RoadRunner guys had do a little extra. They did that and a little more. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks. Expect the best, you won't be disappointed.

Zale was the gentleman who provided us with the estimate. He was very thorough, and walked us through our various options. In terms of cost, Contex was middle of the road, and I am happy with what I paid. Job was completed in one day. Cleanup was good. There was one minor detail (flashing) that was missed, and Contex dealt with that very efficiently.

Great customer service, Rino was very articulate in explaining the work he was recommending. Introduced me to the foreman (Mike) the day before work started. Mike and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job, and a thorough cleanup afterward. Price was competitive with other estimates I got. I would definitely recommend Watertite to anyone who needs this kind of work done.
