Purchased a 2-ton 13 seer Lennox A/C unit and was very happy with the results. Rich was very informative and accomodating to my schedule for the install date. Also followed up with a phone call during the install to ensure all was going smoothly. The price was the best in comparison with about 5 other companies in Durham region. It's the 'entry-level/value' Lennox unit but a Lennox nonetheless. Got a great rate from the Canada Blooms Home Show too where I found this company and read their reviews here on Homestars. Would highly recommend.

Our old furnace broke down in January 2019 and the next business day Button responded to inspect and possibly fix. Unfornately, the unit was near 25 years old the parts to replace were costly so we decided to purchase a new high efficiency Trane unit with Button. The next day, the furnace was installed and restored heat to our home. I did have a concern with the boot and Todd came out to the house to ensure it was rectified and we were satisfied. Pictures are of the old boot and replacement. Thank you, Todd. Would recommend. - Ryan

Couldn't be happier! The product exceeded expectations and the service was excellent. Unfortunately I couldn't remember the installer or seller but both did a great job answering any questions I had. Also, I shopped around at Costco and a few other vendors and found the prices to be comparable. Would recommend!

EDIT (Feb 2019): I'm reposting from my original review (with substantial edits) thanks to the customer service efforts of Steavi. I stand by my original statement that installation crew was very kind and respectful, and they did a good job. There minor imperfections but Brock has committed to sending a service representative out to fix the caulking issue. Steavi did an excellent job at reaching out to me to understand my concerns and provide a detailed explanation to my feedback regarding installation delays due to the Ontario rebates. Thank you, Steavi, we will likely use Brock again.
