Mattamy is a great builder and honours all repairs on the home warranty, no questions asked. We had water in the basement, and after running the hose on the foundation and the builder seeing the water, they went to extensive measures to fix the problem including 2 follow up visits to ensure it was done properly and we wouldn't have issues in the future.

When we first met the contractor he seemed great, and very knowledgable. After deciding to go with this company and paying a deposit, he became unresponsive. Not answering emails, not dropping off books for us to select the stone and not starting at the agreed upon start date. Every email would say that they were starting next week. And then they would not show up. Unfortunately because we had already paid a deposit, we ended up waiting 6 weeks from the originally agreed upon start date for them to even show up. He never allowed us to choose our natural stone steps (because he ne'er provided us the catalogue) and just put "whatever" he felt like there. Will not use or recommend this company to anyone
I brought in a really nice photo I had purchased to be framed. The staff helped me choose the right frame that would go with it,a dn mounted it so it could be hung on the wall. Price was also good and it was ready in less than a week.
Good experience buying a dinning room set at Ashely's. We were able to get 2 adidtional chairs free in the 6 piece set we purchased, as well as 20% off the entire purchase. When one of the chairs broke within the first 2 weeks, we brought it back and they ordered us a new one. No questions asked. Only thing was we had to go pick it up again.
