The lawn service they provided for us was exemplary! They are professional and their workmanship is of the highest quality. We contacted them and, within 2 days, they had come and completed the work, exceeding our expectations.

I have used New Nature for 3-4 years to trim my very tall cedars. I am always very satisfied with their work. The staff is very professional. They ensure the cedars are properly shaped and do a great job cleaning up.

We had a great experience with New Nature Landscaping! They had come out quickly to quote building two gates for us to match our current fence. The man that came to quote us was very friendly and was able to match the fence with no issues. When they came out, shortly after, to build the gate - it was done within a couple of hours, there was no mess when I returned home and it looks great. This company is very professional and I would use them again myself, as well as recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the finished stone patio and side walkway New Nature Landscaping installed for us at the end of the summer. After the torrential rain in Burlington, our old 4 ft tall railway tie retaining wall gave way. We wanted to replace it with stone, and do 2 tiers instead of one. We got four quotes, and NewNature was by far the most reasonable. Paul was incredibly professional, personable and reliable. Work was completed on time and on budget, and they went above and beyond to tidy up the job site afterwards. We are thrilled with the work and highly recommend NewNature.

When we first met the contractor he seemed great, and very knowledgable. After deciding to go with this company and paying a deposit, he became unresponsive. Not answering emails, not dropping off books for us to select the stone and not starting at the agreed upon start date. Every email would say that they were starting next week. And then they would not show up. Unfortunately because we had already paid a deposit, we ended up waiting 6 weeks from the originally agreed upon start date for them to even show up. He never allowed us to choose our natural stone steps (because he ne'er provided us the catalogue) and just put "whatever" he felt like there. Will not use or recommend this company to anyone
