I was very pleased with Roger and his crew. Right from the beginning in presenting a detailed quote through the four day job he was the ultimate professional. His quote was sent promptly, detailed and fair. He arrived at our home and did the most thorough prep work we have ever seen. He worked thoroughly, conscientiously and did excellent cleanup each day. A pleasure to hire and more importantly: The result was exactly as we hoped for.

We had raccoons ripping up our porch roof. Melissa was sent within a couple of days and did an excellent assessment and initial problem solving. We received a quote later. Too early to tell if cost is reasonable or assess this work. We proceed as we need to move forward.

Bought a washer by phone from this company after reading about them on . Homestars . Great experience. Salesman on the phone was helpful honest and did not uosell when I was clear that I wanted an inexpensive Toploader. The delivery guys are equally helpful and friendly. The fact that I could do my order by phone after reading reviews and deciding on what I wanted was very helpful.

We were quite pleased with the job that this company did. As other reviewers mentioned Darren is diligent in explaining everything and it looks like the work they did was excellent. We were impressed to see 9 or 10 workers on the roof completing the job in one day plus. The only difficulty was some communication in which we thought we had asked for an estimate on the whole roof. Darren saw that only half needed to be done and quoted this. This caused a few minor problems. Nevertheless I would recommend this company and use them again.

Our washer was leaking so I checked Homestars. This company got good reviews and I now understand why. Steve came over and assessed the problem quickly. He told me he would find out the cost of parts and either proceed or recommend we get a new washer if it was too expensive. It was worth doing the job and he came back a second time to complete it. He was straightforward authoritative, easy to work with. A pleasure. I would recommend this company and call them again for appliance problems..

Couldn't be better. Just like the other reviews the service was incredible with frequent emails and helpful advice on how to prepare. The guys on the job also were professional and helpful. If only all service people could do what this company does!

During a deep-freeze a few weeks ago I contacted Flavio about a frozen pipe. He replied right away but said he had too many jobs to come to our house. And soon would be going on holiday. But he phone back twice within the hour to give us advice about how we might solve the problem on our own. He went over step-by-step some things we could do. I had never dealt with him or his company before. But he went out of his way to help us solve the problem with no financial benefit to him. Pretty amazing This response was remarkable. It was a very busy time and he would not be getting our business. But he cared enough to call back and try to help us. I will be counting hat contacting him again when I need plumbing
