I called numerous companies for our move and Jay's was the only one that would come out to give a quote. We had a full pack and delivery and received a refund for all our boxes. Both the packers and the movers were great. Packing was done one day, loading the next day and delivery the next morning (there was a lot of stuff to move!!!). Everything arrived in one piece, nothing was damaged (possessions and houses). Very professional and efficient

When we moved into our new house we wanted to get a built-in vacuum like we had in our previous so I called Vacuum Specialists. They actually had me on file and knew what I had purchased before making my choice easy. I received a return customer discount, and excellent service. The installer did a great job and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. Definitely recommend!

Called The Bay to get a quote on window coverings and was told that Susan would contact me for a free inhome estimate. Susan came to my house and was very good at showing me products that were in my price range and helping with design choices. Once I decided upon everything Susan took measurements and then said she would email me a quote. After receiving the quote I had a few questions which Susan answered. I then asked for The Bay Best Price - this reduced the price significantly. The installer came out to remeasure the windows to ensure accuracy and that everything would fit properly. The window coverings were ordered and took about four weeks to arrive. The instller whose name I don't remember did a great job - quick, clean and very well done.

Our bonus room gets very cold in the winter so we wanted a fireplace to warm it up. After checking out a few fireplace stores a friend recommended Dave at Hearth and Home. We told Dave our requirements and he helped us pick out the perfect gas stove. Dave came out to give us an estimate and ensure that we could install the stove we had chosen. The installation was done very professionally and the two man crew tidied everything up. Hearth and Home has an arrangement with a gasfitting company and the gasfitter was also very good. All in all it was a very smooth process with the hardest part being the decision making process!

We wanted to replace several lower cupboards with drawers to make organization easier. Damir provided the original estimate and followup to sign the contract in a very timely fashion (greatly appreciated as many contractors do not show up on time). Excellent customer service and delivery of product,, complete customer satisfaction Geoff did a great job of installing the drawers and ensuring that everything was done to our satisfaction.
