Central Vacuum was not working and needed service and parts badly, Mohammad did an awesome job, timely, efficient and Professional. He explained everything as he progressed, highly recommend.

My 2005 Miele canister vacuum electric hose needed replacement and Miele discontinued making it recently. A used hose is difficult to find, but I stumble searched into Vacuum Specialists' website and phoned them. They had a used hose in stock $100 and agreed to ship it to Florida for $20. I was a little hesitant being that they are located in Alberta, Canada. The used hose arrived as scheduled and was in excellent shape for used. Omar took care of me very well.

Purchased a Miele Complete C3 Carpet & Pet canister vacuum from this dealer. We are repeat customers - have dealt with Vacuum Specialists since 1999. Excellent overall...a very nice store! We brought our central vacuum, which never shut off. It only shut off when it was unplugged. The problem was fixed very fast.

Plugged vacuflo hose and as usual excellent service. Blew out the hose while I waited in the shop. Have purchased rebuilt and new parts and pieces for the last few years. Will not go anywhere else. These folks are great.

I have a 20 year old Kemore vacuum. Thought it was time to get a new one when it stopped working. Instead they talked me into repairing rather than trying to sell me a new model. So I paid $140 bucks and and bought the vac another lease on life. The staff is great, the service is great, I am glad places like that still exist. And they have some good quality product for sale as well.

I have been looking for replacement parts for my dyson DC46 vacuum for almost a year. I have looked everywhere and the parts I needed were out of stock everywhere.
