Reliance Home Comfort

Reliance sent John Saliba to our place to investigate a furnace thermostat issue. He is the consummate professional, was very thorough and knowledgeable and communicated very well through the whole investigation. Very happy with the service he provided.

We have a Furnace & AC protection plan with Reliance Comfort paying $16.99/month for our home.. For abt 8 yrs we have had no problem; however, yesterday it broke down. They sent today, Rick, a very seasoned & extremely knowledgeable Technician who has done a remarkable job quickly. We believe this service would have cost $650 for the parts & labour and we did not pay anything because of the plan. Rick has also given us a lot of useful tips on routine checks. Very satisfied and very much recommend this company. However, we wish the Co. does periodical preventive maintenance calls to avoid such breakdowns.

The water heater in my home was experiencing technical difficulties. Luckily, I called Reliance and they sent over Otto, the most reliable person I could've trusted to do the job. Thank you kindly Team Reliance. Great job!

Furthermore we were most great full, for whatever reason, that you were able to provide an install team one day a head of the initial install date. Dylan and Len were quite the professionals and made an install that did not interrupt any of our normal day. As a matter of fact you wouldn't have know they were here except for the new furnace. It was October of this year when I felt the need to turn the furnace on. I had an old furnace, I believe 30 years old when the house was built. I opened the covers and was shocked to see all black inside, as if some fire broke inside or something burnt. It was scary to see something like this. I started consulting people known to me if someone had some knowledge about this. Called a few companies, and came to a conclusion to call Reliance Home Comfort to do an inspection. Rest all, wanted money to inspect which would be adjusted later if the furnace is bought from their company. Reliance was the only company who were doing a free inspection, regardless of buying or not buying. Called the company and booked an appointment for the evening at 6pm. Right at 6, a courteous gentleman named Mr. Rodney Schunker was there at my home. He did an inspection and told me that being the furnace old, the heat exchanger had some crack. I knew, that it was the time to change that old furnace as family comes first. He showed me some furnaces, their prices, their efficiencies and we came to a conclusion to install a Rheem High Efficiency furnace. He dispatched an engineer on the weekend. He did a nice job and I am happy with the after sale service. My house is warm and cozy in this treacherous winter of 2013-2014. Thanks Reliance for all the help.

Mark & Mike came on Monday at the right time and left next day with job well done.They took time to tell me the ins & outs of the system ,and my existing duct work ,and how it will work with my new furnace and A/C. The SmartAir brand from reliance seemed the best deal for me and works great thus far.The guys were clean on my new floor and took all the old stuff away with-out a trace.

Rick of Reliance Home Comfort came out to assess my Hot Water Heater. He is very professional and courteous and kind. He called me in advance to let me know the approximate time that he'd arrive. He is ++knowledgeable and carefully assessed my hot water tank. I Would recommend him to everyone! Thankyou

Jeff Parsons sold us our new furnace and air conditioner and explained the plan and what was the best options for us - whether to buy or rent. He was very informative, honest, caring, polite and went above and beyond his work knowing that we would be without a furnace for 3 days. He left us with space heaters to ensure that we had some source of heat going thoroughout the house. I would recommend Jeff to anyone as i said before he definately went above and beyond his call of duty for us. A job WELL DONE!!!! Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

Our 5 and a half year old hot water heater died but we are very thankful that Matthew Froemchen (Employee 2402) was assigned to replace it. The original service tech told us that the brand of heater we had was no longer available and ordered us a different tank. When Matt arrived the next day he realized that this was a mistake and arranged to have the exact same unit delivered that same morning. This saved hours of work as the replacement unit originally ordered had significantly different physical dimensions and required a 3" vent vs. the 2.5" vent we currently had. Matt was very friendly and personable and took the extra effort to keep things clean, which is not an easy task with the weather we've had.
