Timely, Polite, courteous, knowledgable and reliable
I took advantage of a promo 21 Point Precision Tune-Up that Reliance had in the fall on both my Furnace and AC, and was extremely satisfied with the work done, as well as the knowledge and courteousness of the technician they sent (Mario). Good help is hard to find these days, and I'm glad I was able to find it!
Mario kindly answered all my questions (and I had a lot) about the service and HVAC equipment while the work was being performed, and he also shared additional preventative maintenance tips that I could also do myself to prolong the life of my equipment.
He was extremely thorough with the work he was doing and I could see the attention to detail that was given, even when performing some cleanup work around the equipment before he left.
