I called Peter from Modern Appliance when my appointment with another repair company was cancelled last minute. A lot of the pre-work was done through the phone - he got the appliance model and ordered the part.
He showed up on time, changed the malfunctioning part, tested it and all of this was done very quickly and cleanly.

Peter returned my call promptly, made and appointment and in a few days arrived to repair the dryer. Unfortunately after a few days one of the parts he installed proved to be faulty, making it necessary for him to come a second time and replace the part at no more cost to me. This he did cheerfully.

He is proffessional and resolves the issues quickly. He repaired my thermador range after having intermittent heat. The job was done quickly and effieciently as he had already brought the part needed with him.
