Northview Windows & Doors

We used Northview on two occasions to replace all windows in our home; once in 2007 for most of the house, and again in 2015 for patio doors and sun room. The fact that we called them a second time is testimonial enough that we were satisfied with their product, installation, service and professionalism. We would definitely recommend them.

when I brought my home and decided replace all windows and the patio door for the 28 years old house, we meet about 5 of different companies. Northview was reference by one of my neighbour . They gave us very professional advice to choose window types for bedroom, washroom and basement , They did a great job replacing all our windows(29), one large bay window and one patio door. the work crew was friendly and finished the job on time with a great cleanup afterwards. It's almost one year (job was done last April), The windows are great, we have a passed a hot summer and a cold winter without any issue. we are happy with what they did for us.

Northview was our 3rd window company. They did a great job replacing our 2 bay windows and an oversized bedroom window. The representative was very knowledgeable, the work crew was friendly and finished the job on time with a great cleanup afterwards. The windows are great, no leaking, no problems what so ever. We had to replace 1 bay window when we moved in 6 years ago and took the first company we found. The window is still leaking and has a cold spot in the middle of the big window. The second window came with the new roof. The guys were ok, but were more focused on the roof and the colour. The window is ok, but we can only open 1 of 3 sides. They didn't have other options. So the next window job will definitive go to Northview again!

I had 16 windows and 3 doors replaced on my house. I received 3 quotes and Northview was very competitive. The person who gave the initial quote provided options and good suggestions. The work crew was friendly, quick, on time and very professional in less than ideal weather conditions (very hot and humid). Did good cleanup. Highly recommend.

We had all the doors and windows replaced in 2 sessions, April and September of 2015. We had 2 front living room windows changed to bay windows and the front door and adjacent windows replaced in April. In September we had all remaining widows and a sliding patio door replaced. In total 2 doors and 13 windows.

We were very happy with the initial session with the estimator. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his products. He made good recommendations for our home.

The installation on both occasions went very smooth. Each time they completed all the work and cleanup in one day. The installation crew were polite, professional and did excellent work.

Since 2011, I have been trying to get this company (company name has changed over years) to resolve an issue with a sunroom door. When it rains, water enters the room. Sales rep visited on 2 occasions (one sales rep with the former company and another with the new ownership). Both have provided varying excuses as to why it is leaking (eg. porch floor is uneven, door was installed incorrectly and opens wrong way, furniture should not be placed in the room, AND maybe you shouldn't have that dress in your room [sales rep was sarcastically referring to our inside/outside area rug]}. In the end, they insist they are not to blame & we have to pay to fix. Why did they not point out those issues to us in the beginning? Instead, they chose to offer the moon, grab the cash and run.

Thank you to Northview and the two installers who replaced our large living room window on March 1. Very professional and careful and did an excellent job. The clean up was beyond what we expected. Thank you again.

Poor job fitting and sealing. Front door not level---gaping drafts---cant get anything done---take forever to come out once they were paid---manufacturers defect on a front window ---took it apart to add insulation and left damage on paint and seal---took forever to get someone out to look---then they never respond to come out to deal with these things. Lousy customer service.
