Since 2011, I have been trying to get this company (company name has changed over years) to resolve an issue with a sunroom door. When it rains, water enters the room. Sales rep visited on 2 occasions (one sales rep with the former company and another with the new ownership). Both have provided varying excuses as to why it is leaking (eg. porch floor is uneven, door was installed incorrectly and opens wrong way, furniture should not be placed in the room, AND maybe you shouldn't have that dress in your room [sales rep was sarcastically referring to our inside/outside area rug]}. In the end, they insist they are not to blame & we have to pay to fix. Why did they not point out those issues to us in the beginning? Instead, they chose to offer the moon, grab the cash and run.

Dear Mrs.Tulipano, we are sorry about the issue, we put every effort to investigate it by sending qualified technicians to your location, but unfortunately we cannot rectify it for the reason that it is not caused by installation or manufacturing defect. The leaking occurs as a result of the way the house is constructed - the porch door ends up to be kind of in a pit and it cannot be changed by our work. Regards, Northview's team.
