We knew we wanted new, energy-efficient windows. The people at Home Depot were so helpful in helping us plan and stay within our budget. They took the time to really understand our needs for the house and the windows look great and help us save money!

Home Depot offers good service and pricing for Andersen windows. We got quotes from many many places, and Home Depot was the lowest for the exact same products. We were very satisfied with them

we went to several anderson dealers to find our windows and found that the prices at home depot were better. We were also able to open up a HD credit card and get another 10% off. The knowledge level was great but the windows are nice.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet where the hot water would leak and it gradually got worse until I could not shut off my hot water. I went online to research prices for new faucets and could not find any I was happy with. I decided to visit the Home Depot next to where I work. I was greated by a very nice and helpful employee and they took the trouble of explaining the differences in the faucets and greatly helped in my selection. I was not only able to obtain a faucet that could be easily installed but it was at an affordable price from an american company that stands behind it's products. As a matter of fact I ended up having to call the faucet company - American Standard - and they helped with the installation of my sprayer.

I tried to do the installation of a Pergo floor myself. However, after conceding it's truly more than I was able to handle, I called the Home Depot to ask about installation. They had a crew out the next day to complete my flooring for a reasonable fee. Excellent customer service.

We bought a Maytag fridge from Home Depot few months ago. definitely a great deal, we got gift card from Home Depot, delivery rebate (so the delivery is free of charge), rebate from Maytag plus a 10% off from home depot.

In 2005 we decided to renovate our kitchen, starting with replacing the linoleum floor. The Home Depot sub-contractor took four days to stip, prep and tile a 10x10 area. The tiles are uneven and the grout wasn't applied thick enough and had to be redone. There was a day when they didn't even show up, supposedly because they were back fixing a previous job. Stay away from the Home Depot sub-contractor, unless you can get lots of testimonials or see other jobs done by that sub-contractor.

We used the home depot store for the entire renovation of our kitchen. They were exceptionally qualified to do the original plans and to come to the house to do measurements, plans, etc. All of the materials were delivered to us in an exceptionally quick manner and we received a number of pieces of advice along the way including a training program in installing a prego floor. We were very happy with their help.

The installer for these Anderson high end sliding glass doors used the 'escape clause' meaning he found some added repair work needed and doubled the charges for installation.. In the rain he asked me if I wanted to continue -- if not he would leave me and two gaping holes in my house.
