Aqua Roofing & Masonry

After meeting with Mike from Aqua roofing and discussing the small project and price, which was within my other estimates, I decided to go with his company. I was given a date and time that the work would be done and would be finished within 2 hours. When the day came for the work to be started, I received a phone call from Mike saying that they were very busy and wouldn't be able to start at 9:30 in the morning but definitely the work would be completed on Saturday as he would send someone over to my house with 20 minutes. It was at 4:30 pm that I decided to reach out to him to say nobody had turned up as he said. He assured me that the work would be done that day. Someone did show up 1 hour later and completed the work, into the evening, and in the rain. Being that the repair involved using mortar I asked him weather the step should be covered up to which I received no answer, as I don't know whether he understood what I was asking or didn't want to answer. The concrete did not set well and ended up with 3 different cracks in different areas, one which was quite long. I was very disappointed with the work that was done. If they were that busy and could not start the project as discussed then maybe reschedule at another day and time. I have been told from Mike that the work will be fixed 100% yet no one has appeared to come, as promised.

His crew was friendly and did exceptional masonry work. I am extremely satisfied with their workmanship. Before leaving they took care to do a careful clean up of the work area. Michael is like one of those TV construction experts that most of us will never get to use.He came in quickly with an expert crew and tackled my leaking flat roof and the 20 year shingles on the back.
There was water damage on the plywood and the rafters beneath. They sealed the rafters then doubled them up. They replaced the damaged plywood and waterproofed the entire roof before sealing it up.They worked in blistering heat for two 12 hour days. Totally impressed, will use AQUA anytime, in a second. Micheal and his son did an excellent job for a quick and urgent job which I needed done. He is a very efficient and honest professional to deal with highly recommend him for your next project

I had several areas of my roof that were leaking because of poor workmanship by another roofer about 3 years ago. Michael quoted me the job and his crew showed up on time. They completed everything as planned. Upon investigation they saw that I also had some chimney flashing that was leaking, which they also took it upon themselves to fix without extra charge. I highly recommend.

I WAS IN NEED OF A CHIMNEY REPAIR AND I CONTACTED AQUA ROOFIND AND MASONRY AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND HE WAS ON TIME AND EVERY THING WAS DONE AS I TOLD THEM TO DO

All the damages were fixed and even I didn't know were also fixed and everything was done on time and they did a great job of cleaning the roof
