The brick on my house is over 100 years old. It had never been repaired and was chipping and cracking and the mortar was next to nothing in many spots. After every storm, there would be small pieces of brick on the ground. I wanted it repaired not just for its own health, but so it would be strong enough to hang an air conditioning compressor on it. I called Red Robin and they got back to me right away to schedule a site visit. They submitted a quote that wasn't the lowest of the 2 others I called, but they were more than worth it. John knew what kind of brick I had, its history, the original type of mortar and what the wall needed to be sound and stay true to its heritage. The team arrived a few weeks later and worked non stop during the worst of the summer. They arrived before 8 everyday and stayed until at least 5. They ground out all the bricks on the 2-story wall. they replaced over 100 bricks. They cleaned up every night. They were polite to my neighbours who were subjected to a lot of dust (because our houses are very close together not because of Red Robin). On the last couple days of the job, Red Robin sent even more people to the job site to get it moving faster. I was impressed with the work and delighted with the results.

We were looking for a mason to rebuild our weathered chimney, install a new steel lintel to shore up the sagging brick over our kitchen window, and do some general tuckpointing at the back of our house. Red Robin came highly recommended and we hired them to do the work. We were delighted with every aspect of the job they did: accurate estimate, punctual arrival, courteous workmen, and meticulous cleaning of the job site. They also listened to our concerns re matching the brick on our 120-year-old house, and kindly agreed to use reclaimed bricks we had saved for such a purpose. The final result was everything we'd hoped for. We have already recommended Red Robin to friends, and will continue to do so!

My house had several broken bricks on the front and under the picture window. An area of the back was damaged and repaired by a previous owner with cement. Red Robin were very quick to get me a quote and schedule a time for the repair. They did a great job, matching the repair to the existing bricks, and it looks great. very satisfied.

Paul and Dave at Red Robin were fantastic. They were great communicators and made sure we understood everything that was going on. They did also did a great job and worked very efficiently with their team. We are very happy with our front walkway and would 100% use them again.

The proposal was neither the highest nor lowest, but took a very reasonable view of the project and explained the quote in context of the plan and our objectives. John was willing to come on site to give the estimate and did not attempt high pressure or scare tactics (unlike competitors) and explained every step of the project. During the job the team was thorough in their work and care for the area. The job was completed on schedule and the team did a thorough clean-up of the ground to remove any debris. They did a great job on colour matching the 90+ year old brick and mortar.

After the job I had one follow up item where a correction was needed due to a communication mistake I made, though this was not the fault of his team, John had them out to execute the repair immediately and without hassle.

Couldn't have asked for more.
