After meeting with Mike from Aqua roofing and discussing the small project and price, which was within my other estimates, I decided to go with his company. I was given a date and time that the work would be done and would be finished within 2 hours. When the day came for the work to be started, I received a phone call from Mike saying that they were very busy and wouldn't be able to start at 9:30 in the morning but definitely the work would be completed on Saturday as he would send someone over to my house with 20 minutes. It was at 4:30 pm that I decided to reach out to him to say nobody had turned up as he said. He assured me that the work would be done that day. Someone did show up 1 hour later and completed the work, into the evening, and in the rain. Being that the repair involved using mortar I asked him weather the step should be covered up to which I received no answer, as I don't know whether he understood what I was asking or didn't want to answer. The concrete did not set well and ended up with 3 different cracks in different areas, one which was quite long. I was very disappointed with the work that was done. If they were that busy and could not start the project as discussed then maybe reschedule at another day and time. I have been told from Mike that the work will be fixed 100% yet no one has appeared to come, as promised.

Donna, I am sorry to hear you are disappointed I was only speaking to you yesterday And I said I can come and fix it again but it's waste in your time and mine You've had previous contractors which had the same issue This solution to the problem is that you need to replace Entire step It's It was a really small project for us. And we are a very busy company And I try to fit you in to get it done again I do not make false promises It was only a patch For Very little money But that is not the point I have advise you that it will need to be repaired properly as in replace. Entire step because it is very badly damaged. And I try to help you But I can come and do it again and I can do it as many times as you want. Because I am a good person and I do not like you to be unhappy. But it's going to waste my time and your time. It needs to be removed and replaced
