DND Home Services

We hired DnD Home Service to remove portions of drywalls and clean mold behind them (if any). When He came to see what had to be done, he said he had done it before know what to do.. Even though his quote was on the higher side, we decided to go with him.

When he came for the work, he didn't have proper tools to cut or clean, and when asked he said he can go and buy them but will charge for those. I had to go in the middle of my work to buy cleaning supplies for him and because he didn't have proper tools it took him way longer than it should have to remove the drywall pieces.

Then he refused to cut the drywall pieces from two areas. For one area he said "its not part of the scope" and for the other one he said he may damage the vanity so he can't remove it even though when he came to see the job, he said he will remove it if needed. I ended up cutting the drywall from those two areas "without damaging the vanity" and then had to clean up by my self.

Before he left, it was agreed that he would come back to scrub one more time. He said he had to pay bills so I paid him in full even thought the work wasn't completed. When I called the next morning to ask what time he will come, he said he was busy all day and can only come late in evening around 9. I waited all evening for him, then when I called him at 9 he said he was busy and can't come and will be available on weekend now as he had to attend a funeral next two days.

He seemed like a nice guy starting out so I wanted to to give him one more chance. When I called him on Saturday morning to ask what time he will come, he didn't pick, I messaged him, he didn't reply back.

When he came to quote the work, he seemed like a nice person and said he had done similar work before. I know its really tough for those starting out on their own to find work so I wanted to recommend him to others too but glad I didn't.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. HE IS NOT A CONTRACTOR.

DJ helped us put up our Christmas lights and went above and beyond. We are very satisfied with the work he did and we will use his services again.

We called on DND Services to help us with a project we had been wanting to do for quite some time. DJ showed up in a timely manner, polite and courteous, knowledgeable, and very respectful. DJ offered us ideas on our project and assisted us in brainstorming ways to make the most of our project . DJ offered thoughts and ideas then applied them to paper and started the project right away! He made us feel like we are very much a part of the plan. DJ was able to purchase the supplies, providing us receipts for each item, and immediately started our awesome backyard sunroom. DJ worked hard and efficiently and we would highly recommend DND services and DJ for anyone looking to do any type of home improvement. Were now just waiting to glass in our sunroom , so we can take full advantage of it anytime of year! A+++ highly recommended!

DJ did a great job replacing the old caulking in my shower. The work was very clean and the new caulking looks great!

DJ came in to our home professionally. He was respectful and knew everything that needed to be done. He did a bunch of small reno work around the house for our kitchen, washroom & basement. We initially found DJ when he did a small Handyman job for us (TV mount) and we wanted to call him back for a bigger job. Called up and the same day DJ was out to give me a quote, and he said he could be out on Saturday-around9 am. He showed up on time and got the work done.
