We hired Jeffrey for demolition of a fireplace wall and to level the wall, vent the kitchen hood to exterior wall, vent the dryer to exterior wall, to remove a closet wall, and close the bottom of front entrance stair. Jeffrey was able to give us a decent estimate for all the work and explained before hand what he would be doing. The number of days for the work took longer than expected due to some unforeseen issues with the work and change in scope. But ultimately he did a very good job with everything and especially leveling the walls. I will definitely recommend Jeffrey to anyone for his professionalism and his kind personality.

The railing attached to our exterior stairway had become unsafe, as it was no longer firmly attached due to weather and wear and tear. Jeffery assessed the damage and explained how he would secure the railing. The railing is now completely secure and safe. While he was here, he also did a minor plumbing job, tightening the kitchen faucet. He explains what he will do and executes the plan with expertise.

Jeffery turned up within an hour of speaking to him. Removed the old Range hood, cleaned the vent pipe which had 30 years of accumulated dirt. Installed the new range hood, cleaned up after himself and was done in under 2 hours. Jeffery worked both inside and outside the house to make sure the vent was as clean as possible and took the time to explain what he was doing. Very happy with the service and would certainly recommend him.

Very professional work, I had a laminate flooring put in and it turned out fantastic. Jeffrey left nothing undone and I was extremely impressed with the final outcome. I'd recommend him for any job.

I looked up reviews on handyman services and called up Precision handyman services to analyze and fix a ceiling issue that I had in my washroom. The reviews I read online were really good and my experience with their services did not disappoint. Jeffrey took the call around 4pm and gave me an appointment the very next morning. He was quick to inspect and identify the cause and extend of damage and was able to provide a reasonable quote for a 3-4 day job. A raccoon had caved a hole in my ceiling causing water to collect in the ceiling. The roof needed to be fixed and the ceiling where the damage was had to be cut out and replaced. The insulation on the ceiling also had to be replaced. The work Jeffrey did was excellent and he had not only fixed the issue but also setup precautionary measures to prevent the issue from happening again. The raccoon had gnawled through a gap between the chimney pipe and the shingles. Jeffrey replaced the roof and closed the area around the pipe very tight. He also put a cone around the pipe and sealed it so that the area would be inaccessible to pests. The ceiling replacement done inside is very neat and no difference in levels can be noticed. Once the painting was completed, there was no way anyone could notice some work had happened.

I also had a cupboard door issue in another washroom for which I thought I'll have to replace the side board. The wood had come off from the place where the hinges were screwed in. Jeffrey had a very creative way of fixing it using the same hinges at the same location and he did that fix for free. Again, this fix also looks very neat and there is no way anyone can notice an issue existed. I would surely recommend Jeffrey to anyone for any handyman work. He is a true professional and can be trusted to do a great job at a fair price.

Jeffrey called me probably within 30 minutes of my quote request. Extremely friendly and honest, reasonably priced and efficient. He even fixed a broken balcony door at no cost, which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely call him next time I'm in need of a great handyman. Merry Christmas!
