I compared several contractors to mud, tape and paint my basement development and his price was fair and honoured upon project completion. Best of all, except for the progression of work being done, you would not even notice that Barry has come and gone. Clean and tidy after every visit. Overall all we are extremely pleased with the drywall work that Mudd Monkey did at our house. The company is very professional and we dealt directly with the owner which was nice. He was very accommodating and was able to work around our schedules. He provided us with a detailed quote at the start of the project and honoured everything within the contract, including some of the more custom aspects of the job - the price he quoted was the price we paid. In addition to doing a great drywall job, our house was left clean with all supplies removed and the dust and debris swept up.

We are doing our basement renovation and did framing, electrical and pluming ourselves. But we feel it is difficult to do drywall installation and taping etc.

We took the task of developing our basement and hired the sub-contractors ourselves. It has been quite an experience with contractors not showing up for quotes, or coming to give the quote but never provide it...so it has been frustrating trying to find good contractors.
