I have worked with many contractors and this is by far my best experience thus far. I am so appreciative of the communication style and he was extremely patient. I think 50% of it is that and the other is the actual work, which was absolutely seamless. I have already referred BES to several friends and look forward to having him on board for all home reno projects in the near future.

From a small bathroom install turned to a larger install than expected. Besart was accommodating, arranged to get all the product last minute next day and pulled the project together, from demolishing, tiling, removed old vanity, plumbing and installed new walk in shower. He was attentive along with his crew and ensured it was done properly.

I hired BES to demolish my old flooring and install updated new tiles in the main hallway and kitchen of my old home. The job was originally done in June 2019. A problem arose throughout the year with the floors resulting in some tiles lifting and cracking through regular use. I reached out to them by text to inform them of th4e situation and they responded immediately. They came back to assess the situation within days of my text and without hesitation agreed to undertake a full new reinstallation of the flooring without any labour costs to me. While nobody enjoyed the prospect of having to undertake a new instal of floors that were done 13 or 14 months previously, we proceeded because too many tiles were cracking and/or lifting. The cause was identified and the reinstall was completed. These are men of integrity in an industry that is not always known for this human quality. They apologized profusely for the inconvenience of having to undertake the job twice in a little over a year but they did the work without a complaint and with a smile. They are to be commended ten-fold for their honesty, integrity and work ethic. They are to be commended for backing their work to ensure full customer satisfaction. I will be having them back shortly to undertake a renovation to my back door area.

Besart planned, designed and built my kitchen. Minor issues that were exposed during the rip out process but easily overcame the obstacles. Very happy with the work and will reccomend him no questions asked.
