I can not say enough good things about Todd. First of all, my dryer got fixed. So he was obviously competent. And he was very pleasant to chat with while the work was getting done. But he went over and above the call of duty with my stacked dryer stuffed into a place it really doesn't fit, so to get it back in we had to practice a combinaton of geometry and gymnastics. And he just soldiered on until he figured out a way. I really appreciate his work and highly recommend him.

Needed to repair a kenmore elite fridge ice maker. Tal came right away and was able to identify the broken part and pointed out that the part/fridge was actually an LG. tracked a replacement part in the US and we ordered it. When the part arrived at my house, Tal came the next day to install. Unfortunately, the part was defective. Tal nevertheless tried everything he could to fix it, but the replacement was a dud. Even though he spent an hour trouble shooting the part, he refused to charge us for the time because the part was defective, even though that was not his fault. Tal was extremely professional from start to finish, keeping us informed on the repair and the appliance components throughout. We learned more about how fridges are made than we could ever imagine and are well prepared to make an informed decision on future purchases. Tal was outstanding and we highly recommend Repair4U for appliance repairs!

We were extremely happy with the service provided by Repair4U - they were fast, courteous and effective. They responded quickly to our urgent request as our Fridge was not working. They were also able to arrive sooner than originally offered, which was a great relief. My dryer wasn't able to get the moisture out of the clothes anymore. I did some debugging myself but just couldn't figure it out. R4U came out, worked through the issue with me and explained everything that he was doing and why. Really chill guy. After some initial troubleshooting of the dryer itself which seemed to be functioning well, he figured out that the early giant dump of snow had gotten the exhaust vent wet and created a solid puck of lint that was obstructing the exhaust. So even though the snow was melted now and it looked like it was pumping out the moisture, it was actually getting stuck. Solid dude, solid service.

Called them Sunday morning, Todd from repair4u.ca answered and came at the afternoon. He diagnosed a bad fridge relay, he had one on his van and repaired it in no time. Thank you.
