Bahbak and Shwan are very professional and provide excellent service at a great price. They arrived on time and performed a very thorough diagnosis & cleaning on my 15 year old furnace. Once of the motors was making a strange noise and after their cleaning it sounded good as new. They even helped me check my dryer vent with their snake camera and verified that there was alot of buildup causing my dryer to make a blocked vent error code.

We had an issue with our dryer vent as it was way too long of a distance from the dryer to the outside vent. Furthermore, the dryer vent was somehow also connected to the bathroom fan as well.

Shawn and his team came in to assess the situation, and immediately I was impressed. They were able to diagnose the problem not by guessing, but by actually pulling out a snake camera and see where the venting and piping flowed through the house.

Because of the exploration efforts, they were able to come up with a detailed plan to solve the issue. And were able to rule out more costly alternatives as overkill and unnecessary.

They installed a blower and a lint trap, as well as removing a portion of the deck as it was partially blocking the exit point.

Overall I would recommend Shawn and his team for your next challenge. They have all the tools to properly diagnose the issue without resorting to any guess work, and they have the knowledge to accurately resolve the issue with zero residual effects.
