Ahmed was very prompt in responding and following up on our appointment. He was professional and took the time to look at all possible causes of the leakage. It turned out to be just the washing machine. Other companies that called me were already jumping to conclusions and advising that they would have to cut through the drywall to find the source of the leak. Ahmed did not try to make a big job out of nothing. I would definitely call him back for plumbing work or advice. I would recommend him, I feel like he would care about his clients' best interests.
