Basement was flooding and Alain gave me advice by phone, even sending me a photo of a temporary pump I could get buy easily. He subsequently came and installed a back up sump pump, including telling me how I could save money on the battery and ensuring I knew how to work it before he left. I later hired him to put in a 2nd sump pit. All work was done on a timely basis, with billing according to the estimate given, with the work area left clean. Alain was courteous and helpful.
