We had issues with our washing machine and Quarter Inch Appliance Repair were very quick to respond and diagnose the situation we had. The repairs were major and very costly and Adel was very honest by telling us to consider buying new units even though he would not be able to further assist us. I thought that was very professional on his part and appreciate his advice. Will definitely use them in the future

Adel from Quarter Inch Appliance Repair did a fantastic job fixing our dryer. He was friendly, honest, very knowledgeable, affordable and did a thorough job. We had called another company but they didnt show so we called him and he was at our house two hours later! He fixed our dryer, found a ton of lint in our vent and advised us on what to do to avoid it in the future. Quarter Inch will be my go-to company to call when an appliance breaks down- hopefully not too soon:)

It was an urgent repair request for my refrigerator and washing machine. He responded quickly and even show up earlier than than what he initially told me. Explained the whole issue to me, patiently investigate the issue and throughly explained what is happening, why its happening and how it can be fixed. Didnt rush at all while fixing the appliances and made sure its actually fixed before leaving.

Our dryer is an older model and instead of just going ahead and charging us for a repair, Adel explained all of our options in detail and gave us his professional opinion about whether to repair or replace the machine. He also gave us as much time as we needed -- with zero pressure -- to make our decision to replace the unit. How often do you come across such integrity?
