Wow - What a GREAT experience! I have a very hard-to-match multi-shaded cherry hardwood floor that had damage on it that needed attention. I have been trying for six months to find a flooring company that could advise me on what do do and could match my wood. When I called Royal, Julia was right back to me. I asked for an expert consult and, the next day, Mo arrived and spent over an hour with me educating me on my floor and explaining my options.

He knew that getting wood to match mine was going to be the biggest challenge but the Royal team searched until they found the perfect match - in Alberta!

They arrived this morning and had the job done quickly and, most importantly, beautifully. My floor looks like new.

Their price was very reasonable, they honoured their quote and did a great job.

Also very importantly, they covered everything in plastic sheeting to protect my furniture from the sawdust and, when they left, they left my home perfectly cleaned.

It's not often in our world today where you buy something and you are 120% happy with the entire purchase but Royal nailed it on my job.

Royal Hardwood Refinishing did an excellent job updating our house. We had new floors and a new staircase installed, and the whole house painted, as well as new trim and baseboards. The project was finished on time and on budget and they went over and above to make sure we were happy with the job even doing some extra things which werent included in our project. Julia and Moe were exceptional communicators and workers. I needed to have my entire flooring in my condo redone and they were were patient and attentive in offering me options, and I felt safe leaving my condo in the hands of Moe who did the flooring when I was away.
