They Matched, They Installed, They Cleaned - All Beautifully !
Wow - What a GREAT experience! I have a very hard-to-match multi-shaded cherry hardwood floor that had damage on it that needed attention. I have been trying for six months to find a flooring company that could advise me on what do do and could match my wood. When I called Royal, Julia was right back to me. I asked for an expert consult and, the next day, Mo arrived and spent over an hour with me educating me on my floor and explaining my options.
He knew that getting wood to match mine was going to be the biggest challenge but the Royal team searched until they found the perfect match - in Alberta!
They arrived this morning and had the job done quickly and, most importantly, beautifully. My floor looks like new.
Their price was very reasonable, they honoured their quote and did a great job.
Also very importantly, they covered everything in plastic sheeting to protect my furniture from the sawdust and, when they left, they left my home perfectly cleaned.
It's not often in our world today where you buy something and you are 120% happy with the entire purchase but Royal nailed it on my job.
I recommend them without any reservation.
